How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?

You can report bugs or suggest features directly from the app using the feedback button, or by emailing hello@accessimail.com. During the Open Beta, user feedback is our primary driver for prioritisation — we read and respond to everything.

Where can I get help if I am stuck?

Email us at hello@accessimail.com and we will get back to you within one business day. During the Open Beta we offer personal support to all users — there are no tiers or chatbots. You talk to the people who built the product.
