The audit flagged something I believe is a false positive. What do I do?
Our rules-based engine is designed to minimise false positives, but edge cases can occur. If you believe a result is incorrect, please use the feedback button on the report page to flag it. Our team reviews all flagged results and uses them to refine the engine.
The audit failed to parse my email. What should I check?
Parsing failures are most often caused by: (1) incomplete HTML (missing doctype or html tags), (2) inline CSS that is malformed, or (3) very large emails with complex nested table structures. Try simplifying the HTML or use the "paste HTML" option instead of the file upload. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
